We planned promotions targeting the new market, setting up step-by-step analysis to create natural virality within community exchanges. We recruited advertising models and promotion supporters to continuously showcase the before-and-after changes in medical services on social media and encouraged foreign individuals to react to them.
Maintaining a consistent concept and tone on social media, we showcased the hospital's desired identity, activating social channels. Through META advertising campaigns, we consistently conducted sponsored advertising and created channels to receive inquiries, designing a robust marketing structure by attracting new patients and also recruiting salespeople.
All advertising campaigns unified the representative colors that represent the hospital's image, applying them to advertising materials and copies to enhance the hospital's brand awareness. We conducted ongoing advertising monitoring and managed the ad campaigns.
